On July 23, 1995, an unusually bright comet outside of Jupiter's orbit (7.15 AU!) was discovered independently by Alan Hale, Ph.D., New Mexico and Thomas Bopp, Arizona.  The new comet, designated C/1995 O1, is the farthest comet ever discovered by scientists and appeared 1000 times brighter than Comet Halley did at the same distance.  Normally, comets are inert when they are beyond the orbit of Jupiter, so it has been speculated that Comet Hale-Bopp is either a rather large comet or experienced a bright outburst (or both). The comet is the brightest comet since Comet West in 1976. From Hubble Space Telescope images, the comet's diameter has been determined to be about 40 km. The Pic du Midi Observatory has ascertained from their observations that the comet's rotation rate is 11.4 hours.  These and other accomplishments are the work of scientists + amateur scientists and we congratulate them in all their pursuits and accomplishments; that their discoveries may ease and improve the human condition through knowledge and the deployment of new processes!  The hearts and minds of humankind cannot be determined by the use of civil warfare, can they?  We might want to consider doing the math regarding that question.

Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 was the ninth short-periodic comet discovered by Eugene and Carolyn Shoemaker and David Levy, amateur astronomers. It was first detected on a photograph taken on the night of March 24, 1993 with the 0.4-meter Schmidt telescope on Palomar Mountain in California. Subsequent observations were forthcoming from observers at the University of Hawaii, the Spacewatch telescope on Kitt Peak in Arizona and McDonald Observatory in Texas. These observations were used to demonstrate that the comet was in orbit about Jupiter, and had made a very close approach (within 1.4 Jupiter radii from Jupiter's center) on July 7, 1992.

Dr. Albert Einstein®: Dr. Einstein also postulated that photons (light) may well be discreet packets and I agree with him wholeheartedly. He is the genius, and not I.  He gave us all the privilege to work on his famous equation. I decided to exercise that privilege in 1985-1987.  I put the object Sun in the famous equation and then some other configurations.  The famous equation, if true, will hold true with every object in the known universe.  And so it is with E=mc³.  Parallel universe theories partly define this science. 

E = mc³ defined here as zero (null) degree light (E equals mass <times> speed of light/cubed) (Extended Theory of Energy/Solar Conversion and Reproduction) Steven G. Alexander, Circa July 1985-1987.  A study of electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation, relative reflective objects, and the physical science interrelationships (obviously, more to that story).  And then, in July 01, 2004, the thrill of seeing the rings of Saturn, up close.  What are we looking at??  My first impression of the 1^st Saturn near fly-by photos looked to me like a planet with 'a' ring or rings having created some type of enormous electro-magnetic radiation reflective generator.  Reflective "objects of varying configurations" are orbiting Saturn being kept in place by A.) Saturn and B.) a huge electromagnetic field which has been made possible using the rings as "media", holding Saturn (mass) "bobbing" as it were, in it's capture, emitting Enormous amounts of Energy or Output. C.) Enormous centrifugal forces. The 'lit' side of the rings may be revealed as critical; the ring "surface" may act as a huge energy conversion device (reflective technology) using techniques people like me are trying to further. No wonder Saturn spins like a top.  The Saturn approach photo is amazing.  Absolutely amazing.  For those that debate a "higher being" (i.e. God) are unique in their beliefs and I personally find the argument a disguised cry for help. 

The ring photo is up close and an interesting reflective angle of the "rings".  The ring photo was released as one of the first photos taken. [ Saturn Approach ] [ Saturn Rings ]. Saturn has a magnetosphere instead of an atmosphere.  Saturn radiates 82% more energy into space than it receives from the Sun. The experts report that the material orbiting Saturn contains the properties of water & "mud".  I am fairly sure that water/ice are highly reflective and able to make fire.  It is obvious that since we have arrived at Saturn, scientists worldwide have been in a tizzy to study other planets that we know of to see if anything "compares" with what we are seeing at Saturn.  Why don't other planets that we know of have solar wings of water & mud?  Here is an amazing fact that I recently learned.  Our Moon's surface is comprised of "objects" that are between 30-60% GLASS.  This is one of the main reasons it glows so brightly in our sky.  Amazing. I did not know that.  And "they" want to TRY to take references of God out of our culture.  As if.  Bring it on...baby!  We were fed to the lions once.  Once.  Did you know that if we could place Saturn in a huge bathtub, it would float like a rubber duck? One discovery of recent note concerns one of Saturn's moons.  Enceladus is coated in a thin layer of ice that reflects back 100% or nearly all of the sunlight striking it, making it the brightest object in the solar system apart from the Sun.  Saturn recently was found to have hot spots.  Mars has inexplicable slopes.  Nature is a mad scientist, yes?  The natural irony that industrial grade coal over time compresses into diamonds cannot be overstated, in my opinion.  Why do scientific documentaries on TV downplay the fact that Saturn radiates 82% more energy into space than it receives from the Sun?  Who cares? Much of physical science is like anything else, once the basics are understood, anyone may be able to make a new discovery.  Many intellectuals may not consider me a peer, and maybe correctly so, but that fact does not blunt the possibility of new discovery by a no-name like me.  As the song says, "you may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one". And knowledge, once gained, cannot be stripped from a person like a band-aid.  

E = Energy (Equal To = Output or Emitting) (our Sun is most certainly Energy)

m = mass (size or mass of an object, any object, our Sun is most certainly an object or mass) 

c = Light Electromagnetic radiation that has a wavelength in the range from about 3,900 to about 7,700 angstroms, that may be perceived by the unaided normal human eye,  and is widely accepted as traveling approximately 186,000,000 miles per second in free space, as far as we know and/or have been able to measure. (our Sun is most certainly releasing large amounts of Light or Photons)  This accepted speed of 186,000,000 miles per second works out to about 1.1 Billion Miles Per Hour; as if it were a speeding car.  It can be made to do at least (3) times that; on a bad day, in my opinion.  More speed, more heat, until critical mass is reached. We should consider leaving the building before that occurs.

Like all objects, our Earth's Sun is conveniently, like all objects, able to comprise all three of the variables in the famous equation in a way that is surprising. All real objects fit each of the variables, according to the theory, but especially applying the "Sun" (as an object) yields enormous natural energy advantages.  Don't thank me, God does it. But C^3, or light cubed, is very powerful indeed and appears to extend the original equation.

Energy = m ( mass ) x c ( Light ) ^{2 or 3}  Call me crazy, but that seems like one heck of a lot of E Energy; whether the formula is squared ⁽²⁾ or cubed ⁽³⁾.  All radio frequencies exhibit multipath, including light, visible and invisible. 

I am an amateur scientist.  I went looking for, seemingly discovered, gave thought to, and studied ³ Extended Theory/phenomena in 1985-1987 while conducting extensive experiments regarding reflected and refracted light and the physical laws which govern them. If I applied the math incorrectly, I will of course be only slightly embarrassed. Dr. Albert Einstein is the genius, not I. That's radical! The Sun is as close to perfect example of how to efficiently process and put the equation E=mc² or ^{3 to work using the Sun}. Regarding my part, I hope Dr. Einstein doesn't mind if I end up being correct! 

I have never studied any other scientist's or amateur scientist's past or present work in this endeavor. In 1985 the oil producing nations were making our lives miserable . . . again. I decided to work on solar. Fast forward to 2004, how much did you pay for gasoline this morning? Many say that Solar will cannot and will not solve "all" energy problems, but I believe solar has the potential to provide an alternative to a great many energy challenges facing our planet in the future if we would only open our minds.  I "personally" believe that yes, the Sun is capable of providing ALL and then some, but I would certainly be labeled a heretic if I actually said it; defined here as one who dissents from an accepted belief or doctrine.  Since we can easily achieve Earth orbit, we can do things from space which will take the "weather downside" out of the Solar solution.  Those of you that know me personally are really laughing hard now!  Want to know how driven I am?  I have even tried to contact Mr. Robert Redford requesting he visit my web site, the consummate conservationist of our time.  Has one of my website "hits" been Mr. Redford?  I hope so.  Is this a ploy to become famous on my part?  Absolutely not.  If I were trying to become "famous" I would write the newspapers a letter.  But this is expected.  See?  We poison our own brains with inconsequential worry's instead of concerning ourselves with solutions to the many problems facing our Planet and civilization.  We are only human, we can only do so much.  Lately (2007) I sent this URL to Link TV, let's see if they are serious about global warming, the satanic world oil greed and cause of wars for over 100 years, if not longer. Truth; isn't this what people crave?

One of the many ironies of this project include after so many years after the experiments incubated (1987), resurrecting the project in 2002; I was finally able to put the math to it after considerable mental wrangling. It's simplicity and result shocked, surprised, and scared me all at the same time!  Everything in the universe, including light, is a reflective surface. If it were not reflective, we would not be able to "see it". Black holes remain a mystery to me. We have instruments that only measure energy waves to even know the black hole is "there". Black holes <revised by Stephen Hawking, 2004> according to current popular belief emit no light waves. That is why we cannot "see" them in the conventional way.  The gravitational "pull" of a black hole is strong enough not to allow even light to escape presumably.  E=mc² is Dr. Einstein's formula, I just applied it and saw it could and would be cubed as a result.  At least that is part of the Extended Theory.  The realization that I had possibly extended Dr. Einstein's famous formula is still being fought by my brain, even today.  But it works, the formula is not the most important part.  E=mc³ works, this is worth repeating. Oil is a very bad, long-term bet. People are too smart to let this madness go on forever.  Please, God, let them all be "too smart". 

So after thinking and going through 911, the project remained a "well-formed idea & memory" in my mind. It had never been committed to paper. And then...in September 2002, here is one of many ironies...  I want it "out there" via exploitation by our President for use of the American people and beyond...making a positive difference in my life.

In September 2002, I sent registered mail details of the project to President Bush/NASA/SATOP simultaneously
within the SATOP Initiative and my patriotic duty, especially considering 911. I have belonged to the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce in Brandon, FL, since 1997. The Chamber is and was affiliated with NASA to be part of the SATOP (Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program). Chamber members are able to submit technical problems (mine was not a "problem" but felt if they would "give it a look", it solved the "funding" problem the scope of the project presented). NASA in turn would commit 40 hours of the brightest minds at NASA to work submitted projects.  My project was not a "problem" rather a solution.  Their agreeing to "read my documents" was essentially one of my main goals.

Consequently,  I went to the Chamber of Commerce, told them briefly about my "project" and asked them if it 
would "qualify in the program" even though it was not a "problem".  After "checking", the Chamber reps told me, sure, NASA would look at it.

Although not completely incompetent, I figured that NASA would NOT be able to work on it even though they said 
they could and would when I inquired, my foresight provided me a "plausible reason" to send it simultaneously to President Bush to urge him to exploit it for use by the American people. After all, the "President", any President, is merely the elected spokesman and "doer" according to the will of the people in the United States. We The People and all that crap.  Hopefully our President encourages and appreciates "constructive feedback" from the citizenry.  One can only hope!  Roll the dice. It looks like from the Learning Channel that they have only come up with an "asteroid buster", so far.  This enrages me in that with countries in dire straits over energy consumption these days, something is not already on the drawing board taking advantage of SOLAR Power.

My capacity for naiveté is unmatched and a marvel when observing from a safe distance. I gave myself about 2 months to get the details and drawings out of my cranium and into written form before presenting the material. The project is too big for any one mere mortal such as myself.  God would not want me to, you know, croak some day, with the idea still "dormant" in my brain; unreported, I am fairly certain. I shared it for a couple of personal reasons; and now, so that no one can ever say they "stole it from me". lol. Two, If only "one" solar company has the technology, it will take many more years for the technology to "hit the streets" so to speak and the price will be controlled by one company.  If all the companies have the information at the same time and everybody works on their own implementation,  prices will be fairly "cheap" right off the bat and no one entity gains "control".  Patents you say?  I am fairly certain Dr. Einstein did not "hold" a "patent" on his famous equation.  I recently learned that if something can be made into a weapon, it cannot be patented in the United States.  We have the capability to live and work in outer space.  Terrorists and entities wishing to do the United States of America harm will not like E=mc³ much. 

Show the weapons we can build with these kind of discoveries; to the rulers of Iran.  We will have their full attention and possible cooperation, I assure you. 

 Implementation, like everything else, relates to E=mc³ . The method to my madness was once they (President/NASA) read the docs, IF it really IS too good not to pursue, no matter how insignificant I am to them, it would have to be pursued, one would think.  If it has, since September 2002, many token announcements have been made regarding Hydrogen fuel.  Much of the equation and project has to do with converting sunlight directly into electricity.  Converting sunlight directly into electricity would be more precise.  I merely tried to share how it worked with them. If they did pursue, great for all of us.  I do not have letters after my name, nor am I a certified scientist.  I am an amateur scientist.  That and $1.10 will get you a hot cup of coffee these days.  Don't they see how much revenue the Sun can produce?  Oil revenues will pale in comparison.  It's the money they want, right?  We should see this process in action any day now.  lol.  Combining nanotube technology and E=mc³ might just work quite nicely from space.  And the heat generated by my process gets so hot, I have a theory that liquid helium will be produced which can be made converted and burned in 2010 car engines. It should have been done a lot more quickly than 2010, but this is about what it looks like to me...unless.  My latest plan has been to contact Mr. Burt Rutan, credited with the successful launch into space on Space Ship One.  I don't "bug" anyone about this project, it does not have to be sold. One simple e-mail/letter, it will either work or not. Life is too short to get ulcers about it. 

In my opinion, the Greek Astrologists were partially correct (in concept only) early in history and space was gazed upon.  The Greeks envisioned and postulated that a "great light sphere" enclosed the Universe and used a "fishbowl" analogy.  There was imagined a shell at the outer reaches of the Universe on which the stars and planets hung.  What they were wrong about was how it actually works and we are still not absolutely sure about that!  In fact, even though certain text books teach that the Greeks were "wrong" in their description, as a matter of fact this is the very reason we have the "virtual" reference model of how the Hemispheres of the World are segmented and named, i.e. Northern & Southern Hemispheres and longitudinal and latitudinal measurements.  The Greek "reference model" was used for this.  I happen to be Greek.  Some guys fish, some guys hunt, I work solar. This is all true, so help me God.  Time will be the best teacher.  Reflected light is one of Mother Nature's natural miracles. It's all physics and geometry. Our relative distance from the Sun surprisingly works to our great advantage, if we would read our mail. 

The response from NASA/SATOP was very positive and encouraging according to the spokesman (Engineer). No "official" response (nor really expected) from The White House to date, a little thank you note might have been appropriate, a little humanity would have gone a long way with me.  Since I didn't contribute to the President's re-election ($$$), I guess this doesn't count.   SATOP did send a very nice response and suggestion of how to further the project, all of which are easier said than done, and is not from lack of my driving the project!  Of course, I can't seem to give this away.  It's too good.  Just like 120 gallon fuel efficient car engines.  Years ago "the establishment" kept those engines off the market in "their" time.   The cottage industry of 2004 and onward will be Energy, not automobiles or orange groves.  Now that fuel efficiency in automobile engines is not a swear word,  we have high mileage engines, the technology is "out there".  Who will we be beholden to for our energy needs?  It better be ourselves.  For those of you requiring credibility documentation, I hold U.S. Patent Number 4,597,614, Date of Patent July 1, 1986.  This illustrates a degree of creativity and stick-to-itiveness on my part.  The asteroid buster (redirector) machine we recently (2003) put into space seems to have been built using my principles based on what I know about it from "The Discovery Channel®". Everyone and their brother will take credit for this, and now you see more clearly. 

The E=mc³ information packets were sent to President Bush (5.0) years ago and things have gotten considerably worse regarding our dependence on foreign and domestic energy sources. I must be psychic.  Alternatives include off-shore drilling in deep water south of Florida, further intruding on safe lands. Whatever impacts the "land" impacts the wildlife. What impacts wildlife, impacts the planet, and so on and so forth. I don't make the rules. One of the cool things about "light" is that for our purposes, light travels in a perfectly straight line. It is only out in hyper-space that according to the great Dr. Albert Einstein, light bends and so goes Time:Space.   We are spending in excess of $700 million to prove/disprove Einstein's general theory of relativity.  Relative speed vs. elapsed time.  "Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. I explain these facts, not to impress, but to let people know there are many
ways to fight terrorism and resident evil and get idea's "out there", and God help us they ALL work. We have
sacrificed too many lives and too much money for "their" cause. IF we work it right, in
20 years (IF we started "today") we may be entirely weaned from foreign/domestic oil
products, unless we voice and create a National Energy vision.  I predict the Return On Investment for new energy initiatives to be 5 years or less. IF we never try? 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.....years. The Jury is out whether or not we keep fighting World Wars over oil is a <root> cause of the conflict.  Human greed, indifference, and associated afflictions cause wars.  The commodity over which we wage wars is the sin.  We blindly accept the fact that wars are good for the economy.  911 disproved that theory.  New ways of thinking must be started if we are to emerge victorious.  Doing things that are good for America first, and then the Global Community is a pretty good start.

Our current energy infrastructure model is based on being "driven using oil", opposed to energy 
reproduction/conversion/reuse. This has always been an important distinction in my mind, 
and does not excessively hinder us because the existing underlying "connecting and transmission 
infrastructure" is already in place. (Fiber, power lines, transmission lines, sub-stations, etc.) How we make and
pump electrons through that system is completely up to us. We have chosen oil products to 
drive Electrical Generators. Why don't we focus on the Sun?

How we "generate electricity" to "drive the system" is open to discussion and debate as far as I am concerned. 
Few of us are aware of how literal the word "driving" something can be. Oil products
are powerful and well entrenched. Control of oil is important. No one wants to hear about or consider 
alternative energy sources. There are specific reasons for this and they have been well documented 
in the history of humankind. There is no point beating a dead horse here. Did somebody say greed?

It is a generally accepted fact of life that oil "drives" our "World" energy needs to an amazing extent. And of 
course, on the economic front, oil products "drive" it to an even larger extent. Sadaam Insane was trying to 
"corner the oil market" among his every other inhuman deeds before going down in defeat. 
There is more to that story I bet.

Anyone that disagrees with the many Disadvantages of "The Oil Plan" will have my full attention and I will listen 
with great interest. Obviously they know of advantages to oil products of which I am well fully unaware 
and would be anxious to know. If oil products are "the only thing we have", this is simultaneously
a weak argument and a frightening proposition. Furthermore, I also consider it a glaring "give-up attitude".
Change is good.

Considering the current year is 2007; since 1969 (38 years) historically speaking; America has been to the Moon a few times and have the intelligence to launch multiple Voyager Spacecraft to the outer reaches of our known Solar System and 
beyond. We have also photographed the entire journey in real-time! We are still receiving weak signals 
from Voyager 2 to this day. We recently re-landed on Mars, using air-bags. I want to meet the genius that came up with
that idea. The concept is so simple and it worked - twice. What a great design! Ah, the beauty of simplicity. (in concept)
History can be the best teacher, but only if we study and learn from it! We have also crashed two Space Shuttle Missions
that I have always felt "should" have been prevented. Hardening of the 'O' ring in subzero temperatures is 
Science 101. Why fly? People who voluntarily put their lives on the line everyday, are then put in further risk 
by the decisions "on the ground". Astronauts need to change that model, in my opinion. They must know everything 
about the mission - in real time. But info is withheld from those in the space vehicles. I say let them have a say and let them help to solve their own  "vehicle problem" and possibly their very fate, if we must be so graphic. What a system.  May they rest in peace.  Information of this nature is known as "need to know" basis.  I believe each crewmember in each Shuttle failure probably would have voted not to fly in the case of the Challenger, and a "life-boat" mentality would have been declared had the crew in Columbia been given the necessary information about the tiles flying off.  I don't know about you, but these things really seem like common sense issues.  It's no wonder we are still so way far behind in the energy and solar realm.  Cripes, we can be d-u-m-b and worrying too much about  "$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$", "schedules", "critical paths", and politics.  Smart and thoughtful decisions never seem to reach the realm of consideration.  Cripes.  Oil products may reach $50/barrel before the end of 2004.  Oh, boy, August 01, 2005, tells me it opened @ $61.00 this morning.  Hadn't read that previous sentence in a while.

I am biased towards energy conversion from the Sun due to the fact that I have studied it so intently.  During my experiments; I am quite confident that I have viewed the Sun in a way no other human being ever has.  I am sure that even if
I had chosen to study oil products as intently, I would still choose the Sun for future energy potential and growth.
It is such a no-brainer, in my opinion. Where is "any" President or candidate pledging that within 10 years we will have a new energy infrastructure in place? In 1961, President Kennedy had vision and got us moving towards the Moon and beyond. America should have had an energy pledge "at least" 19 years AGO. Again, my opinion. I want to see the Vice President Cheney's Energy papers big time now! Those "secret" papers they say he doesn't have to share with us lowly taxpayers. Yeah, we are too dumb, or not interested enough.  It's interesting that the Enron scandal was going on about the same time that the "Energy Papers" were first discovered.  Somebody heard and reported an "unidentified explosion" in his (VP Cheney's) backyard around December 2002.  My paperwork was delivered in September 2002.  The concept of World peace seems so "communist" these days, doesn't it?  How we achieve a more peaceful world depends largely upon us and our willingness to embrace change and defeat the enemy based on real intelligence. 

On May 25, 1961, President Kennedy stood before a joint session of Congress to declare it
"time for a great new American enterprise -- time for this nation to take a clearly leading role in space achievement, 
which in many ways may hold the key to our future on earth." When the President made that speech, the technology to 
land on the Moon did not even exist. We had to invent the technology. Americans love a challenge, don't we?   The photo on the left is Earth from the International Space Station (Hello, Earth...is anybody home?). 

The Exxon Valdez is the disaster everyone still is trying to forget. Chernobyl.  The human element, ecology &
wildlife never had a chance those days. Thank God for all the volunteers. I have never been
a fan of petroleum based fuels as a first choice. Fission is another matter altogether.  Maybe someday our conversations will go something like this "Oil? oh, yeah, I've heard of oil before, I think it is still being used in sewing machines but otherwise prohibited
by law". That will be the day, eh? The great day.  Clean nuclear power?  I believe possible and a no-brainer.  But unfortunately no one has asked me.  What a shocker.  No distinguishing letters of recognition following my surname.  What was I thinking?

Circa Planet Mars 2010. E=mc³; I believe my Extended Theory, when properly and aggressively implemented, will accommodate relatively and in comparison to present methods, easy and SAFE low orbit insertion from Earth; and enhance long-range rocket propulsion very efficiently. Thermodynamics, although tricky; in contrast, rocket propulsion is a pretty basic principle. It isn't so mysterious! Fill a balloon with HOT air and let it go. Why are you looking so intently at me? I sent this process to the White House in September 2002, why are we still risking American astronauts lives launching in the dangerous way in which we do?  It's just crazy.  Simply design a new space plane that can already achieve conventional stratospheric altitude level flight over the Earth, retrofit for space flight,  activate the Sun Laser Unary Reproductive Process Bay, (S.L.U.R.P.B) and presto, the last remaining distance between stratospheric altitude flight to space is a relatively short distance.  What we primarily need at that altitude is relative SPEED to achieve and remain in orbit around Earth.  The Sun can provide that (and much to spare) with the new generation transition/solar conversion engine machinery on-board the new spacecraft.  If someone would read their damn mail we might have had a new space plane to save the Discovery in case of emergency. We could have been already building small emergency vehicles transitioning (design-build phases) up to the larger crew size class vehicle in the future missions to Mars.  The Space Shuttle could be just written off as is, and until the new design larger crew size vehicles can be built, build a couple smaller models and conduct reduced scope missions until everything and everyone is up to speed.  Vertical Space Shuttle launches are very dangerous as not only must the propulsion system have (0) glitches, the rocket and orbiter you are attempting to launch is a fairly large mass, going from 0 MPH to eventually 18,000 MPH, the speed required to achieve and maintain orbit over Planet Earth.  We launch our space rockets vertically.  Unnecessary and very dangerous for many reasons, in my opinion. Reading here we now realize there are safer and more sensible ways to achieve Low Earth Orbit (LEO).  We spend money on everything else, why not improved spaceflight? What forces could be conspiring that would want to curtail and possibly stop our space exploration program as we currently know it?  It is a chilling question.  Horizontal trajectory LEO insertion is merely one additional example of how we can successfully apply E=mc³ to real problems.  And with every passing day, (August 01, 2005) I am feeling more like Jim Carey in the very funny movie "Ace Ventura, Pet Detective", when Ace said "man...I'm tired of bein' right".

If you are interested in knowing, OIL GUZZLING motors drive electricity-producing generator turbines. Generating electricity in the 20th & 21st Century is basically a mechanical operation.

As an example, we use gasoline in our cars. We also use oil products (diesel, gas derivatives, etc.) to
make large motor shafts rotate to generate electricity. These huge rotating shafts turn rotors which
generate enormous amounts of electric current. Our car engines burn gasoline products
to power/drive pistons to turn crankshafts. Crankshafts transfer that energy to the rear wheels and
your car goes forward. Mechanical energy. Not very efficient in the big picture, not to mention
the results of what the by-products do to our environment. (exhaust fumes, smog, a host of other
"releases" into the atmosphere, and oil spill disasters) Also, oil products have finite reserves
contained within the ecological structure of planet Earth. Doesn't anyone think it curious that there
is a flipping huge magnetic field surrounding our planet? Most people never think about it.  Mechanical operations are fine as long was what we "use" to drive the mechanics be very efficient & clean.  This is the puzzle.  A regular Rubik's Cube.  hmmm.

Regarding electrical currents in the range of 220/110VAC, generally the driven shafts mentioned above
are generating AC electric current distributed to your home via the power grid wiring system. 

Nuclear reactors super-heat water to create super-steam to drive the same type of turbines generating 
electric current. In the latter case, radioactive fissionable material is used
to super-heat the water to "drive" the turbines using super-steam. It usually comes
down to "driving" mechanical devices (generators) or electro-mechanical 
devices. What we use to "drive" these mechanical generators is open for debate.
At least I may provoke thought. Fissionable material is fraught with downsides.
The Sun is not free due to the fact that there is an expense converting or capturing
the energy. For sure solar energy is in abundant supply. For sure no "one country" or
"person" can turn solar energy "off". Solar energy processed correctly is clean energy. 
Sunlight is virtually in infinite supply for all to capture, reproduce, and put to useful work.

How will we deal in the future with spent fuel rods with a half/life of several thousand years? Our
children's children children will be dealing with this problem. The main point is that nuclear
reactors do "one" thing very well. They super-heat water to create super-turbo steam.
This super-turbo steam drives mechanical electrical generators connected and distributed to the power
grid supplying our homes and businesses with electrical power. Your electric bill will show
you the amount of electrical power you have consumed in one month. Oh, joy! Does it work, yes.
Is it safe & efficient? I respectfully leave that for the reader to reflect upon. You can predict my
position with complete accuracy. People must think I have lost my mind.  It goes with the territory I guess. Recently I have been on a very short campaign to drive Mr. Burt Rutan to my project.  We need civilians in space.  Unless NASA opens their minds, I predict civilians will land a human mission on Mars before NASA.  I respect NASA, but there are many forces at hand and technology marches on, thank God.

The oil producing countries are now more than ever using their oil products to "force
aggressive and wartime economic and political concessions" at the World table. I believe it amounts to
blackmail. The United States has given up huge concessions over the years and got "stabbed 
in the back" later on. Why do we keep going in the same vicious circle? These questions are rhetorical but
nonetheless disturbing and largely unanswered. 

What would the World look like if there was not such a dependency on foreign/domestic oil products?  Of 
course we would probably find something new to fight about.  lol.  But this shouldn't stop us!  Please, indulge me, what would the World look like if there was not such a dependency on foreign/domestic oil products?  American oil companies don't do us any favors except provide an energy.  This morning King Fahd passed away and oil prices temporarily spiked and they are hovering around $61.  Now I am no alarmist (originally started this paper in 2003 and it has evolved to present day) but forgive me if I am incorrect, but isn't King Fahd the former King of Saudi Arabia?  These guys give $200,000,000 to an art museum in France, but nothing to ease ills in his own country. Whoa...sensory overload.

We take all this (E) for granted. What "IF" all the oil producers got together and "turned off" the oil hose
to the United States of America by 80%? What contingency plans do
we have in the hopper for this scenario? Could never happen? Ok. I hope not. How much 
would it "cost" to get the oil hose turned back on? How many American lives might be put at RISK
"protecting the oil fields", "trying to secure the oil fields" or "win the oil fields back if lost"? What a mess. 

E=mc³ scope is "much too broad" for any one given individual (influence) to implement. There must
be cooperation. I accepted this fact in 1987 as it presented itself as the way it should and was meant to be. At the time, I had little reason to believe the process would be furthered due to financial limitations.  Remember, the scope of the process requires sophisticated equipment ($) to get it up and running properly.  I am an amateur scientist.  This can present some challenges.

I have always been an amateur scientist and I didn't 'worry' so much about money and power. Everyone "needs" money.
To me, money is simply a tool. What good is money if you aren't giving it away or doing some 
useful work, anyway? I have no idea. Greedily pursuing money has always seemed like a 
complete waste of time to me. Smart and ethical  business practices are another matter altogether.
Betting on the "wrong horse" has lost many a race, especially if the jockey falls off the horse. It is clear that in 2005 my attitudes about money have already changed. Money is important to me now, in a way it never has been before.  It is true that sometimes money makes bad things happen in the world, but it also takes money to accomplish the great things in life as well.  Now that takes the pressure off, eh?

The World is in sad shape; one does not have to be reminded. To "out-distance" and defeat our enemies, it's rather like a hockey game. Put "many more goals" or at least one more, in the net. Do all the "right things". Kick butt. Major butt. Kick more of their butts than they are kicking ours. Pretty basic stuff. Our enemies of today also, in a way the World has never seen before, strive to "completely trash competing economies". We should consider our economy a battleground as well and make the tough decisions and paradigm shifts when necessary. Placing and keeping our collective heads in the sand will fail to reap any rewards as we go forward. Now you may understand why I have always been so vehemently "anti-virus" (malware in general, computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, backdoors, RootKits and any combination thereof).

Working on solar sure beats worrying (real or imagined) about terrorists 24/7 while serving as a way to defeat them! Maybe we can tell the oil producing countries to "stuff it" someday soon!! I pray to live to see that day and now most determinedly after 911, considering my experiments were started in 1985 and concluded in 1987.  Only an idealist would speak and act in such a frivolous manner, I guess. If anyone should read this document, and would like to respond, challenge, or criticize, please feel free to contact me! I welcome any "thing" that gets it "out there". You gotta' love the Sun. 93,000,000,000 miles is pretty close and geometrically advantageous to/from Earth.  A galactic mass that is destined to burn itself out in BILLIONS of years from now,  has my respect.  We are in year 2005. Let's do the math......nah, let's skip it! You get the idea!  Talk about a Time:Space warp! 

Here is a little known analogy that I believe is correct and helps us put things in perspective about how "large" a mass our Sun really is:

Please consider this; basically the Sun is a huge nuclear reactor. Nuclear fission begins and continues (and "light energy" is released as it is described here) at the very center-core of the Sun. If we imagine "a single helium energy particle released" that is occurring "just this instant" (i.e. Saturday, February 06, 2010 12:00 TRMC PM [ EST ] ) it will take that energy just released in the center, 1,000,000 Earth years (1 million) to reach what is considered the "outer-surface of the Sun" and radiate outward into space toward Earth and beyond. On Earth; as our eyes perceive the light radiating from the Sun, the light energy we see is already approximately 8 minutes old by the time it reaches our eyes. This is fascinating. Lest we not forget the Sun is a star.  A relatively close star.  It's all geometry. 

Generally people take the Sun for granted. This is human nature.  People on Earth also perceive the Sun as a "relatively small mass" when they do "think of it" because of it's "relative smallness" in the sky.  Hey, we are only human!  The Sun, a nuclear reactor, (a star) converts hydrogen into helium and this is what causes stars to "shine".  Our Sun is a very dense star.  Since it is only 93,000,000 miles away, the Sun's relative closeness and it's "denseness" can be used to our continuous advantage if properly captured, reproduced,  and processed.

The scientific community reports in 2006 that sunlight photon radiation takes (100) thousand Earth years to radiate from the <center of the Sun to what is considered the surface of the Sun.  To me, that is a huge, massive object, and a very difficult analogy to fathom; considering what we know about the speed of light! I can hardly get my "mind around" the idea. So far, our past and current solar technology has only resulted in "solar panels" and "batteries"??? Seems fairly primordial to me. Solar panels and batteries have been a start, but I have always believed there to be much, much more! Thanks for reading! If you got this far, I am grateful and appreciate your time.  Remember, this was "discovered" in 1985-1987 so we are "that far behind" already.  In those years I had not "put the math to it yet".  The Japanese culture took Dr. Deming's teachings and realized up front that in a society, economy, or product, what happens to "one of us" happens to "all of us".  Many people in this country "snicker" when they see Japanese workers "working out" together before they start their working day.  I guess it is human nature to mock what we don't understand.  Total Quality Control Management addresses "every step" of the way for a product, manufacturing process, formula, solar conversion process, or cutting your grass, or building a society; it doesn't matter.   How people "feel" about what they do in life is essential; and is essentially our lives.  This is translated to the product in one form or another.   Might as well feel great about it!  Bad news we have plenty of.  Big deal.  The World will survive and the Sun will shine another day, I am sure of it.  Laser technology is sure to be the Pandora's Box of the 21^st Century.  The United States can send it all from outer space.  This technology takes "weather" out of the picture; one of solar energy's MAJOR nemesis.

EPILOGUE:  What IF all this IS a big nothing? As if.  First of all, at the very least, my work might inspire others to think in daring new ways.  Secondly and regarding the process, I would be so very shocked and totally disbelieving even after trying to understand "the proof" via the opposing explanation. I am no longer planning a second part to this dissertation that will illustrate, by example, the many varied and useful devices we will see in the future, one way or the other now, I had to put it out there;  since my Extended Theory is correct and my predictions accurate. Time will ultimately be the teacher.  That second paper will have to wait a bit; as enumerations of "future products" may give our enemies "ideas". Ok, here's one that won't help them.  One day when people begin to accept my theories, when you look in ONE rear view mirror in your CAR, you will be able to see "all the way around the car", via this singular view. (Now available in the new Lexus automobile, September 2007) This will be done using the extended principles of E=mc³. News Flash: It seems a device has been constructed in space recently (circa May 2005) or is on the United States Government drawing board using this technology to vaporize and/or remove from danger any approaching asteroids threatening Earth.  How cool is that?  This is only scratching the surface of uses for  my technology of solar collection/redistribution/reproduction.  If only I had a few letters after my name....but it's all good, I assure you!  Somebody, (or somebody's) somewhere @ NASA/White House,  read my docs.  Exactly as they were supposed to.  Upon reflection, all light behaves the same way, whether generated by the Sun or artificially reproduced!  That is the quintessential thrust of the discovery. It makes sunlight hot light hotter, and hotter, and hotter, and hotter, and super white hotter. It never stops getting hotter.  Ever.  All light reacts this way, in my opinion, on a sliding scale, of course, under certain conditions. Irrefutable scientific fact backs my discoveries, I recently was made aware of.  In the wireless world, the behavior is known as multipath. The behavior occurs at all radio frequencies and includes light, both visible and invisible.  After all, light is a range of frequency and as such, merely one part of the RF spectrum. Essentially my project concerns what I have chosen to call:  | sustained multipath |

Postscript:  The irony in all this is that here I am, in this place and time experiencing what has transpired over the past (17 years) + 2.5 years just past; let us all accept that there is something to E=mc³.  If we all hope and work hard enough, and not let hope die, then we can accomplish anything we set our minds to accomplish; in spite of overwhelming odds.  Recently I have learned that this is essentially how the World Wide Web was accepted and flourished.  No charge technology. Tim Berners-Lee, inventor World Wide Web.  hmmm, that is ironic.  He understood what I also understand.  I have faith that I have helped you to also understand. Reading the book "102 Minutes: The Untold Story Of The Fight To Survive Inside The Twin Towers" by Jim Dwyer and Kevin Flynn, wouldn't hurt either. Remember, this technology cannot, because of U.S. Patent Law, be patented by any entity, as it can be weaponized; God forbid it should be weaponized. You would have to be me to understand the irony of that seemingly insignificant statement! Again, sit down the leaders of Iran, put in the DVD, show 'em the PowerPoint® presentation of the capability and scope of this technology, and you might have their attention and possibly their collective cooperation.  That is what this crazy thing we are trying to have and we call civilization takes, cooperation. I am not a pie-eyed optimist.  Humanitarian tactics only go so far. At some point the true warrior must show the "war lovers and mongers" the road to peace.  Alexander The Great was great for a reason. Sure they eventually whacked him, but this did not diminish his greatness. lol. He cared about his troops.  This is essential for a Commander-In-Chief, then and now. Use all of the available technology, methods, and weapons leading to an overwhelming win. It sure ain't rocket science, but it is leadership. 

In (circa May 15, 2006) the Senate has approved funding for a $10,000,000 so-called H-Prize to search and encourage development (25+ years late) viable and renewable hydrogen resources, all we have to do is make copies and enter!! It is difficult for me to believe this is all coincidence. But if it is, it would be as Cosmo Kramer said "that's one weeeeird coincidence". Same problem for me though, no letters after my name or before, as in Dr. Alexander, Esq.  That is funny and it does not fit. I am one "wild 'n crazy kind of guy" and one damn good dancer, or so they tell me.  CNN reported the latest Top Ten technologies offering some level of hope.  In the energy category, looked like an incantation of this project.  (Sep 2007) That is more than a bit exciting.  Not only that, producers are promising low cost products when they do hit the market place.  I used to be in charge of all lubrication products used in SEVEN different factories.  I was responsible (1985-1994) for ordering all oil and lubrication products.  I would find the best three or four vendor's, let them all know about one another and that we were dealing with each one of them before making our final decision.  You can finish the story.  Only slightly ahead of our times.
