Technical Resource Management Company provides valuable, timely and effective HELP DESK Support. A $ 30.00 per incident charge (1/2 hour time limit per incident) for HELP DESK Support has become necessary. A detailed Technical Resource Management Company HELP DESK Job Ticket will be generated documenting what the resolution for your particular issue was when we successfully handle your call for assistance. For your convenience, HELP DESK Job Tickets are mailed out on the day the services are rendered and due upon receipt when received. This nominal fee will also be applied in such cases as a service call is ordered but the issue has been resolved by the time we have arrived at your location. HELP
DESK hours 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST
Mon - Sun Of course we have always priced our services fairly and by no means does every call result in a $ 30.00 fee; only if we solve a problem or dilemma for you over the phone. This service may actually save you money in the long run. You may spend (3) hours (or more) of your time trying to solve the problem.
